What we collect

When you place a bid, join a waitlist, or vote in a poll, we collect your name, email address, business name, website (optional), and any logo file you upload. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics.

How we use it

To process your bid and take payment via Stripe.
To store your high-resolution logo for use on the vehicle mockup and, if your bid succeeds, on the vehicle itself.
To email you updates about the project and your bid via Brevo, our email platform.
To publish your business name, logo and website on our public supporters page, once your placement is confirmed.

Where it's stored

Bid, customer and slot records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Logo files are stored in an AWS S3 bucket. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Third parties

We share data with Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), AWS (file storage), and Google Analytics (usage statistics), each under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us via the details on our terms page. Deleting your data may mean withdrawing a live bid or published supporter listing.
